Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at the temperature of 59° F.
When and How to drink
To drink as an aperitif or accompanying courses of the Mediterranean cuisine such as fish, seafood, white meats and Chinese and Italian cuisine. Serve at a temperature of 43-46°F.
