Clear.
Colour
Tawny colour with brownish shades.
Aroma
Woody bouquet of dry fruits and raisins, with a good balance between the fruit and the wood.
Flavour
Fruity and well matched with the wood, it has an irresistible and complex palate, very intense, with a long lasting taste of dried plums.
Winemaking
Careful blend of top quality tawny ports. Controlled fermentation with extended maceration, interrupted by the addition of wine spirits.
Maturation
Aged in casks with 10-years old on average.
When and How to drink
Drink it at 64ºF or slightly chilled. Splendid with cheese, sweets, desserts and toasted almonds.
